Category: Convention Messages, Leadership Development

1. Integrity
Integrity is the foundation upon your life’s work is built.
2. Diversity
You will not be rewarded for you similarities to others, but for your diversity from others.
3. Associations
Your prosperity is dependent upon the people with whom you associate. People of yesterday will drag you into the past; people of tomorrow are those who are undeniably tied to helping you enter the future.
4. Friendships
For any relationship to be productive, it must qualifications. My friends must be committed to long-lasting relationships. My friends must have empires in their brains. You won’t need God if you make plans according to your budget and your pocket. Make plans bigger than your pocket. My friends must be sowers. My friends must qualify to receive my seed; they must learn to receive from me. My friends must prize integrity above relationship. My friends must be willing to confront my enemies.
5. Problem Solving
Problems are the birthplace of all successful leaders. I have never seen any Christian immune to problems and challenges. How you solve a problem will make you or break you.
6. Finishing Well
Promotions are awarded only to those who possess the spirit of a finisher.

1. Integrity
Integrity is a way of life. It is your lifestyle. It is 24×7.
Prov 20:6 Many a man proclaims his own loyalty, but a faithful man who can find?
Prov 20:7 A righteous man who walks in his integrity — blessed are his sons after him!

Prov 19:1 Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a man who is perverse in speech, and is a fool.

The word INTEGRITY comes from the Latin word integritas which means to be whole, sound, complete or unimpaired. A person of INTEGRITY is not a person who lives a double life. He lives one life. He is not divided or pretends to be what he is not. His life is like an open book, he has nothing to hide. He is transparent. You must allow people to read your life day in and day out.

The best testimony that you can have is when your spouse and children can say that you are a godly person.

Integrity of life is a life that is committed to TRUTHFULNESS and FAITHFULNESS. Integrity touches and affects all that one is and does. It is expressed in every ROLE, RELATIONSHIP or RESPONSIBILITY in which one is involved.

Job 27:3 as long as my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;
Job 27:4 my lips will not speak falsehood, and my tongue will not utter deceit.
Job 27:5 Far be it from me to say that you are right; till I die I will not put away my integrity from me.

You can lose your home, you can lose your job; but don’t lose integrity.

Eph 4:1 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called.

Integrity is Character. The people that I have seen shine are people who have character. Character is the sum total of INTEGRITY and MORALS.

CONDUCT is what we do.
CHARACTER is what we are.

Integrity is being authentic, real to the inside, genuine pure and solid gold. Your white clothes won’t make me holy. What you are is what you are inside of you. You must be guileless. There are people who are twisted inside but are trying to walk straight outside. You can’t hide. Your face is the index of your heart.

Ps 26:1 Vindicate me, O LORD, for I have walked in my integrity, and I have trusted in the LORD without wavering.
